There’s a lot to unpack with Event 23 at 4 pm. The $1,100 buy-in tournament is a Pot Limit Omaha 8 tournament with deep stacks and a six-max format and a two-day structure to give them plenty of play.
They’ll sit down to 20K stacks, and all levels will last 30 minutes. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 8:30 pm. They will cruise through their day and finish when seven players remain. The final table will return tomorrow at 1 pm to play for the title.

The $600 Six-Max tournament is cruising along in its corner and topped its $50,000 after the first break. It has a great crew of players in the mix and should make for a fantastic final table later this evening.

Registration closed for Flight D of the $200 Big Stack with another 204 entries putting the combined total at 994 with two more flights to go. Only 256 new entries stand between now and the $200,000 guarantee so that’s a virtual lock.
Flight E starts at 3 pm with the last flight at 7 pm.
Flight D will continue until 21 players remain and survivors will return tomorrow at 2 pm for Day 2 in the money. Players must bag chips to advance and cash in the tournament.

The $400 Seniors 50+ is having a great turnout and there’s still time to add it up with registration open until 3:30 pm. We are racking up one of the biggest fields for this event and we’ll see where the end up.
Some friendly faces including legend Kathy Liebert, Judy Bielan, Scott Robbins, Paula Alibrandi, Paul Balzano, Mike Beasley, Nancy Birnbaum, and Nancy Thomas.
Bielan was able to catch a flight from the frigid Northeast and down in time to catch the LHPO action as it builds toward the Championship. She’s coming off a huge score, banking $236K in the $10,000 Wynn Seniors Event. Bielan will be going over some of her hands from that event with Hollywood favorite Faraz Jaka tomorrow.

We have a special game at 1 pm for those who specialize in the arts of seven-card stud. The $400 Triple Stud tournament will rotate games between Stud, Stud 8, and Razz. Not a flop game in sight.
Players start with 20K deep stacks and all levels last 30 minutes for the one-day trophy event. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 5:30 pm and players may re-enter during that time if they wish. They’ll take off for a 45-minute dinner break at 7 pm and return to find our Triple Stud champ.

We have some short-handed action this afternoon in the Grand Ballroom with LHPO Event 21 getting underway at noon. It is a $600 buy-in Deep Stack Six-Max NLH tournament with a $50,000 guarantee and plenty of action.
Players start with 20,000 in their stacks and all levels last 30 minutes. Late registration and re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 4:30 pm. The 45-minute dinner break hits at 6:30 pm and they’ll return to battle down for the trophy later this evening.

The Seniors 50+ Events have become so popular that we’ve been hosting two of them on the schedules over the past few series. It gets the people out and playing and having some fun for some good money.
The first one on the schedule starts at 11 am with a $400 buy-in and guaranteed good time.
Players start with 20,000 deep stacks and all levels last 30 minutes for the one-day tournament. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 3:30 pm. They will take a very Senior-friendly dinner break at 5:30 pm and return to crown out champion later this evening.
