Martin Zamani opened to 1,000 from middle position, the hijack called and Matt Bretzfield squeezed to 5,500. Manny Perez called from the small blind, as did the big blind and Zamani.

The hijack tanked for a while without realizing action was on him then put in the calling chips.

The flop came and Perez led out 3,300. The big blind called and Zamani said “It’s been real fun you guys” as he shoved most of his 40,000 stack into the pot.

The hijack folded and Bretzfield reshoved for around 65,000. Perez thought shortly before saying “When in doubt, get out” as he folded. The big blind folded as well.

Bretzfield tabled and Zamani said “I feel like there’s a lot of small cards left” as he turned up .

The turn came , a brick for Zamani but the river brought the completing his straight.

He said “I can’t believe you guys didn’t put it in. I should’ve had all of them” as he scooped the big pot.
