Jacquelyn Scott’s stack has been on a rollercoaster ride over the last few minutes. It began when she ran her queens into an opponent’s kings to knock her down to only 300.

Without looking at her cards, she put those chips in the middle on the next hand and three other players came along for the ride. The board was checked down until the opponent on her right bet out 2,500 on the river.

That was good enough for the side pot with rivered aces up before Scott checked her cards for the first time. She tabled flopped top two than sat back down in her new quadruple. It still wasn’t that much but she quickly ran that higher with another (more than) double and sits with 14,000.

Still far below the chip average but no longer in “shove-any-two-cards-dark” danger.
