The first weekend of the series is in full swing and today we will pack the Grand Ballroom, mostly with Event 1 players, and it won’t take long to top the first milestone. With 2,623 entries over the first six flights, only 408 more are needed to surpass the $1,000,000 guarantee.

It will get there early and they’ll start piling money on top of the prize pool.

Players sit with 20K deep stacks and all Day 1 levels last 30 minutes, increasing to 40 on Day 2 and 60 minutes in Level 24. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 2:30 pm.

Play will continue until 12.5% of the field remains and those survivors will return tomorrow at 1 pm for Day 2 in the money.
