$2,650 No Limit Hold’em (Freeze-Out)
Heading to Level 15: 1,500/3,000 with a 500 ante
Players Remaining: 99 of 529
In about 30 minutes, cards get in the air for Day 2 of the $2,650 no limit hold’em freeze-out at noon.
The first day of action watched the 529 player field trimmed down to just 99 players, with the top 71 taking home a payday. The entire field is chasing Jake Cody, who bagged the chip lead with 306,000. The only other player above the 300,000 chip mark is Robert Kuhn, who comes into the day with 301,000.
Bursting the money bubble shouldn’t take very long with just 27 eliminations before the remaining players are guaranteed a cash. A min-cash will lock up $4,600, but there is $246,400 up top.
The levels for Day 2 have been increased to 60 minutes and the schedule for the day is to play down to the final table, who will come back on Tuesday and play down to a winner simultaneously with all four of The Big 4 events. SHRPO.com will have complete coverage of the day’s action.
