Event 5 of the 2022 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown was a $400 Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry). A field of 320 entries produced a prize pool of $107,200, more than doubling the guarantee. An eight-handed deal took place at the final table and as the chip leader, it was SHRP regular Zoltan Czinkota getting the official victory for $12,255.

This marked Czinkota’s third SHRP major series victory, having previously won the Seniors event at the 2021 Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open and Black Chip Bounty NLH during the 2014 Poker Showdown.

The $400 Deep Stack NLH tournament generated a prize pool worth $107,200 with the last 40 spots being paid. A min-cash is worth $650 while the Event 5 champ will earn $22,745 and the Showdown trophy.

The big restart of Event 1 isn’t the only game today, we have two new tournaments on the schedule starting with Event 5 at 1 pm. The $400 Deep Stack has a $50,000 guarantee and will award another Showdown trophy later this evening.

Players start with 20,000 deep stacks and all levels last 30 minutes. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 5:30 pm. They will have a 40-minute dinner break at 7:30 pm and return to play it out.

We will hit the highlights of Event 5 throughout the day and pick up full coverage when they hit the final table.
