2024 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Event 3 Champion Darryll Fish

Event 3 of the 2024 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open was a $600 Deep Stack Big O (Re-Entry). A field of 109 entries generated a prize pool of $56,135 and winning the lion’s share of it was Darryll Fish, taking it down outright for $16,830.

The victory marked Fish’s second SHRP major series victory, having previously won the 2018 WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open Championship.

Fish also takes the initial lead on the $10,000 Mixed Game Leaderboard. Full standings will be posted tomorrow.

Darryll Fish limped in for 25,000 on the button, Yuval Bronshtein raised to 75,000 from the big blind, and Fish called.

The flop was Th7d5d, Bronshtein bet the pot of 175,000, Fish raised, and Bronshtein called all in for about 60,000 more.

Both had a pair of tens for the high, but Fish’s kicker was best. They shared the same open-ended straight draw, but Fish had a gutter to go along with it. Additionally, Fish had a flush draw and the better low draw.

The As turn and Qd river completed the board, giving Fish a flush with a 7-5-4-3-A low to scoop the pot and win Event 3 outright for $16,830. Bronshtein finished runner-up for $10,385.
